The TurnQ workspace

A smoother day.
A stronger next conversation.

From the guest who just walked in to the client coming back next week, keep your team and the details moving together.

01 / Sales & coverage

Make “who’s next?”
an easy question.

Keep a shared sales rotation so the team can see who is ready and who is with a customer. Give each department the workflow that fits the way it sells.

  • See the next available associate and the order behind them.
  • Keep active customer interactions visible to the team.
  • Capture the outcome when an interaction ends.

Not every team needs a queue.

Floor Sales supports roaming coverage with Available and With Guest statuses instead of a fixed rotation.

02 / Guest flow

Two departments.
Two unmistakable lists.

Give every arrival a clear place. Distinct department waitlists make it easier to see who is waiting, what they need, and where the next handoff belongs.

  • Add walk-ins and see waiting time at a glance.
  • Assign guests to an associate and keep their outcome up to date.
  • Manage guests who have been helped, have left, or need another attempt.

Customer QR check-in

A warm welcome can start
at the door.

Customers scan a check-in QR code on their own phone, choose a department, and join its waitlist. No employee account or app download is needed.

  1. 01
    Scan the check-in code

Open the customer check-in page in a phone browser.

  2. 02
    Choose a department

Enter a name and party size; phone details are optional.

  3. 03
    Join the right list

The team sees the arrival in the selected department.

Customer check-in and product QR capture are separate tools for separate jobs.

03 / Clientele

Remember what matters.
Pick up where you left off.

A focused place for client relationships, not another disconnected list. Keep contact information, interests, notes, appointments, and the next follow-up in context.

  • See which relationships need attention today.
  • Log follow-ups and set the next contact date.
  • Open call or message actions, then review and send from your device.

04 / New / document scanning

Start with a photo.
Finish with a reviewed record.

Take or choose a photo of a receipt or order and crop it to the relevant information. TurnQ suggests contact details and an order number so you can review them instead of typing everything from scratch.

  • Review suggested names, phone numbers, email, and order number.
  • Correct or clear any reading before confirming it.
  • Create a client or add selected missing details to an existing record. Existing contact fields are not overwritten.

05 / New / product interests

Keep the product
with the person.

When a customer has something in mind, save the product-page link to their Clientele record. It is useful context for a follow-up, a comparison, or the next visit.

  • Scan a product QR code with the camera or from a QR photo, or paste an HTTPS link.
  • Confirm the product name and add an optional vendor or note.
  • Save the interest with the client. QR capture does not automatically import product details from arbitrary websites.

06 / The next visit

A return visit.
A team ready for it.

Keep appointments connected to client relationships and visible in the day’s work. When staffing changes, managers can review affected appointments and arrange coverage.

  • See upcoming appointments without losing the current task.
  • Keep client context attached to the visit.
  • Transfer coverage or flag appointments for customer outreach when a teammate is out.

07 / Outcomes & insight

Close the interaction.
Keep the insight.

Record what happened while it is still fresh. Sales, no-sales, notes, and department-specific fields give the team a more useful picture of the day.

  • Capture outcomes from rotation and Floor Sales workflows.
  • Use configured sale fields that reflect each department.
  • Review results and export data for a closer look.

Comfortable by design

Different screens.
The same clear workspace.

Phone-friendly layouts keep the immediate task in reach. Larger screens make room for the wider view. Light and dark modes carry the same hierarchy across both.

Light, with a softer edge.

Warm surfaces and mineral-blue accents give important actions a clear place.

Dark, without losing definition.

Distinct surfaces and readable labels keep the structure visible.

Cues beyond color.

Names, status labels, and separated lists help explain what is happening.

Built for a better flow

Less coordinating.
